National Museum of the USAF hosts RAFMAF 2020 Swords of Honor Presentation

USAF General Arnold Bunch, Commander Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Mr Alan Gogbashian, the British Consul General from Chicago, presented the 2020 RAFMAF Swords of Honor at a presentation ceremony at the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Dayton, Ohio on June 6th.

General Bunch presented the USAF Sword to Captain Katie Broyles for her outstanding contribution whilst serving with the RAF, and Mr Gogbashian made a similar presentation of the RAF Sword of Honor to Group Captain Andrew Lloyd for his formidable work whilst at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Established in 2009, the RAFMAF Sword of Honor is presented annually to RAF and USAF officers on exchange with the alternate Air Force, who are deemed to have contributed most in the previous year to relations between our two nations and Air Forces.
