Gala Dinner

The Chairman, President, and Board of Directors are pleased to invite you to our Annual Gala for 2017, honoring the Special relationship between the Air Forces of the United States and the United Kingdom.

Sponsorship opportunities are available in several categories and adjustable to meet sponsor requirements and needs.  The Royal Air Force Museum American Foundation is a 501 C 3 charitable non-profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible.   All proceeds go to support the US-UK special relationship and the RAF Museum. 

Sponsorships can be used to support table purchase or for mention in the commemorative dinner book, website, and for special mention.

2017 Battle of Britain

Gala Dinner and Celebration

The 2017 Battle of Britain Gala will be held on 4 October at the historic Mayflower Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C.   The evening will begin at 1830 hours with a champagne reception.  The evening is structured on a formal RAF Mess with set rules and restrictions.  It concludes with carriages at 1100.

This year's special evening will honor the special relationship between the USAF and the RAF.   Senior leaders from both services will attend and be honored by the Foundation. 

Other attendees will include military, diplomatic, and industry leaders from the U.S. and the UK.   Another exceptional performance from the USAF's Strolling Strings will be included this year.
